01Data kept on your phone
Your game progress (levels, stars, coins, boosters, hearts, postcards, settings and the purchases you own) is saved only on your phone. We don't upload it to our own servers. Uninstalling the game or clearing its storage deletes it.

These services follow Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy. You can read how Google uses data from apps at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
03What we never do
- We don't sell your personal data.
- We don't collect your name, contacts, photos, files, precise location or microphone audio.
- We don't use the data to find out who you are.
04Keeping data safe
Everything sent to these services travels encrypted (HTTPS). We only keep what the game needs to work and get better.
05How long data is kept
Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months and crash reports for about 90 days, then deleted automatically. Ad data is kept under Google's own rules.
06Your choices
- Ads
- You can reset your advertising ID or turn off personalised ads in your phone's Settings, under Privacy, then Ads. The exact menu depends on your phone.
- Consent
- Where the law requires it (for example in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland), the game asks for your consent before showing personalised ads. You can change your answer any time with the Privacy choices button in the game's Shop.
- No ads
- The optional No ads purchase removes the ads shown between levels. Reward videos you choose to watch stay.
- Deleting your data
- Uninstalling the game removes everything saved on your phone. To ask us to delete analytics data linked to your device, email us and we will do it within 30 days.
07Children
Arrow Postcards is a game for a general audience and is not made for children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you think a child has shared data with us, email us and we will delete it.
08Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. Big changes will also be noted in the app's update notes on Google Play.
